M. Steven Cox , Managing Partner
Steven's specialty is helping corporations move their business to the “wireless
world”. He is an expert at large project implementation of mobile platforms,
mobile product development, and web operations. Prior to founding MAG, Steven
served as founder and Managing Partner of Reddito Partners, an enterprise ecommerce
and strategic consulting firm.. Prior to Reddito, Steven served as Vice President
of Business Development for CollegeClub.com. Before this, Steven was a co-founder
for Purchase Pro, Inc. (PPRO), one of the first internet B2B ecommerce firms,
and the fourth highest performing stock offering of 1999. Steven graduated with
honors and degrees in Investment Finance and Human Communications.

Eric Berman, Managing Partner
Prior to joining MAG, Eric was serving managing partner of Reddito Partners, an internet
marketing and consulting company. Before that, Eric was one of the co-founders
for CollegeClub.com, the largest and most visited college site on the Internet.
From September 1993 until June 2000, Mr. Berman served as General Manager and
Vice President Corporate Development where he assisted in the financing of
over 75 million dollars of capital plus cut strategic partnerships from brands
such as Sony, NBC and MCI. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts from the University
of California at San Diego in 1993.
